whatever it was, dinner time was blah tonight … but i thought my crab cakes are good!
chicken of the sea has this crab meat in can and it has good size lumps and claws; i just mixed it with mayonnaise, worcestershire, mustard, seafood seasoning, lemon, panko bread crumbs; i am missing the eggs as we are out of eggs! then fried it in olive oil and butter…
for the sauce, i just mixed crème fraîche with chopped roasted red bell pepper…
i need some dark chocolate to help me feel happy…
