omelet with bacon, green pepper, onions, yukon potatoes and oven-baked biscuits…
sauteed in bacon fat
In the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the omelet puffs and the eggs are almost cooked in the center
with melted cheddar cheese

and for dessert…. blueberry muffins!

well, this is not our breakfast but our dinner tonight! clif had cheerios with bananas and blueberries and i had granola with activa yogurt! last night’s dinner was waffles and bacon… we just can’ t get enough of breakfast!!!
Besides for being a bloggera, I am a mom, wife, event planner, foodie, caterer, philanthropist in my own right, self-proclaimed ambiance diva, chismosa, intriggera, shoppera but never mukhang pera hahahaha!
