so i am catering this holiday open house this sunday; my food and ambiance reputations are at stake! yikes!
here’s the menu:
Crab and Corn Fritters served with lemon mayonnaise
Sugar and Pecan glazed Brie served with sliced fresh pear and crackers
Fresh Vegetarian Rolls served with spicy peanut sauce and sweet and sour sauce
Wonton Cups with Cream Cheese and Mango Chutney garnished with walnut pieces
Mini Deviled Eggs with Truffle-Oil arranged on “nests” of cooked cellophane noodles
Christmas Tree Puffs: Christmas-tree shaped pastry puffs sprinkled with parmesan cheese; served with red and green grapes
