holiday open house catering


i was so ignunt i didn’t take pictures after we set up the table!

here’s the feedback from the client 🙂

“PARTY was a HUGE success.  Not a morsel of food left.  Everyone raved and devoured your food.  We ran out actually”

and other party guests also commented that my food was amazing and my catering skills are impressive!!!

but here are some of prep pics..

pecans with brown sugar and brandy for my nut and sugar glazed brie

crispy-baked gorgonzola & walnut ravioli

mostly the ingredients for the fresh veggie rolls! i made the vermicelli noodles green with food color! ha!

phyllo cups for cream cheese and mango jam topped with walnut and dried mango pieces…

hopefully, i’ll get more business from these pacific heights people 🙂
