empanadas goes italian :)

i’ve been thinking of what different fillings to put in my empanadas… we have  aidell’s chicken teriyaki and pineapple meatballs; so i chopped some, sauteed it with white onions and added some sun-dried tomato sauce, fresh basil, mozzarella and parmesan cheese; clif loved it and ate 3-4! he said they’re very good! hello! you ate 4! i love the melted cheese inside!
