mushroom – the good kind

i went to an organic store and the store clerk was raving about these organic portabella mushrooms he just got! i didn’t want to rain on his parade so i bought a package without knowing what to do with it…

so i just made pasta sauce out of it ! I just sauteed it with garlic, added heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper… and poured it over spinach and ricotta ravioli… it’s good but it’s too rich!
