i always love those boat tarts from goldilocks! my favorites are the ube, macapuno, mango, pili nuts… so when i saw these mini tart tins, i bought them immediately and got excited about making my version of boat tarts! i made these mango & cashew tarts! they are good but they seem to lack some kick; crust is very good i think… even before i was able to individually wrap them, they were pretty much gone!
